Dear Friends:
Greetings! We do hope this finds you well.
Enclosed/Attached is accurate, non-partisan, clear information regarding Georgia’s run-off election scheduled for Tuesday, January 5th, 2021. This quick reference guide outlining action steps and key facts for Georgia can be shared digitally or printed as a document (preferably as a double-sided one pager).
- The document is designed to be rebranded. Please feel free to place your organization’s logo / signature on it. (Let us know if tech team can assist you with this step as well).
- Use your network to share the Voter Guide widely.
Before producing this guide about voting rights, regulations, and how to vote absentee, we thoroughly researched the subject, received input from “both sides of the aisle” as well as independent non-partisan groups concerned about voting, and then crafted it for clarity, accuracy, and ease of understanding.
The Ten X Action Initiative is a committed collection of Georgia citizens who are from all walks of life: both religious and non-religious; we are Jews and Christians, Black and White, seniors and young adults, and residents of a wide variety of counties and communities. Our convening organization is Diversity Assets, a not-for-profit firm focused on social and racial justice initiatives throughout the United States. Our team of volunteers is united by a common goal: to enable as many Georgians as possible to have access to legally cast their vote in our election on January 5th, 2021.
Thank you for your support and leadership in such a time as this. Please feel free to let us know if you have any questions, concerns, or if there is anything more we can do to improve non-partisan access for Georgia voters. Additional information, including a more detailed FAQ, can be found at https://www.thetenx.org/. Our website (including this letter) is also offered as a full, professionally translated Spanish version.
Sincerely,
Cameron Pennybacker
